Running Bladder

The Running Bladder, also known as the Urinary Bladder meridian, is the longest meridian in the body. It begins at the inner corner of the eye and runs over the head, down the back, and along the back of the legs. This meridian is closely connected to the nervous system and overall vitality. It plays an important role in regulating the flow of water and fluids in the body. The Running Bladder supports the kidneys and helps maintain balance and stamina. Many points along this pathway influence the spine and back muscles. When balanced, it promotes strength, calmness, and resilience. Blockages may lead to back pain, stiffness, or fatigue. Keeping this meridian active supports both physical and emotional well-being.
